What are the benefits of purchasing through the Business Store?
The Business Store brings the benefits of enterprise-class licensing to the smaller volume orders typical of consultants, independent designers, and creative services and marketing groups. It also provides the benefits of volume licensing via the Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) to larger organizations whose orders don't meet Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP) order thresholds. What forms of payment can I use?
Adobe accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Wire Transfer. Payment types may vary by currency and country. Please view our payment types matrix to see if your preferred method of payment is accepted.
Does Adobe accept purchase orders?
The Business Store currently cannot accept purchase orders.

If you wish to make an volume order via a purchase order please contact a reseller in your region to discuss your needs.

Why is my credit card not accepted?

There are many possible reasons why a credit card is not accepted:

  • The card has expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.

If you have verified that the information you are submitting is correct and still have difficulty getting approval for your payment, contact Customer Service for help. You may be asked to provide any error message numbers you received, as well as the reference number seen in the shopping cart.

Does Adobe charge Tax for online purchases?
Digital River, International SARL is the authorised reseller and merchant of the products and services offered within this store. Due to how they are registered in this region, they are not legally required to charge sales tax.
Can I order a backup CD?

Yes, you can purchase backup media through the Business Store. TLP customers may receive the software via Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) or CD/ DVD media. Customers may order any software media or printed documentation that they require, which is available to purchase at anytime. The quantity of media and documentation the customer orders can not exceed the number of licenses ordered and/or owned by that customer. Media orders placed via the online Adobe Business store are limited to one copy of physical media. Shipping charges apply.

How much does Adobe charge for shipping and handling?

Your Adobe Store order form automatically calculates shipping costs.

  • On the International Store, shipping is US$25.
  • Shipping time is 3-5 days.

You can view your total shipping charge at the time you place your order.

Note: If you live in South Africa or Hong Kong the carrier (FedEx or UPS) may charge you for appropriate taxes and pays them to the appropriate authorities. This tax does not appear on your order during the checkout process.

I ordered the wrong version/platform. What do I do?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to exchange products for a different version or platform, but you can return most Business Store purchases within 30 days of shipment for a refund. You can reorder the product in the version or platform you need. Contact Customer Service for help

When will I receive a serial number/download link for my licensing order?

You should receive the serial number/download link within 72 hours after your order has been placed. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

When you complete your order, click the View Invoice button and print the page. If you've lost your receipt, or didn't print one at the time of placing the order, you can contact Customer Service to request a copy.

How do I track my shipment?

For back-up CD/DVD, Documentation, or Training orders you will be notified by e-mail when your item ships and you should receive it within five to ten days. For more information, see the tracking information page.

Where can I view my order history?

Your order fulfillment notification includes a link to the Adobe Worldwide Licensing site. When you sign in to this site, go to View Purchase History under Reports, and select the date range. If you experience difficulty, call Customer Service to speak to an Adobe Volume Licensing representative.
